President Dion Flannery was recently featured on the cover of the Dayton Business Journal on November 13, 2015. Dion discusses the growth strategy of the Dayton-based PSA Airlines that oversees 2,500 workers and is the only Ohio-based airline in expansion mode.
The city-owned Dayton International Airport is building a new maintenance hangar for PSA following the opening of a new control center operations their earlier this year. PSA also will open a crew base at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky airport in January 2016 and is working to open a new maintenance base as well. In addition to Dayton, Cincinnati and Charlotte, PSA has a major flight crew bases in Knoxville, Tenn. and maintenance facilities in Akron. Due to this growth, PSA is recruiting pilots and flight attendants.
